In PvP, you only need like 6 and even then it's only a very small help in certain Resilience is worth it for every class. Those exotics were only relevant when resilience didn’t make any difference outside of PvP, and now that they can tune PvP and PvE values separately it makes a lot of sense to have resilience actually matter.
